ITALIAN MOVIE AWARD © 2016: applause for a great actress.
After the success of the official presentation at the 69th Festival de Cannes, after the opening of Monday, August 1, with the beautiful actresses Miriam Leone and Emanuelle Bains and after the resounding bath crowd on Friday 05 August for Raoul Bova, an evening dedicated to a charismatic actress: Sabrina Impacciatore.
At present the event the great Luca Abete, “Striscia La Notizia”, together with the artistic director of the Festival, the director Carlo Fumo.
The charming Sabrina has conquered the audience at the Natural Park of “La Cartiera” in Pompeii. A public deeply interested in his stories: the Impacciatore, happy to receive the “Vitruvian Silver – Award Italian Movie Award 2016″, has not escaped the numerous questions from the audience of the children of the Masterclass and journalists, receiving applause and congratulations for thickness of his answers and for his engaging sympathy.
Sabrina Impacciatore: “Acting is my life; I tried to do other work, but I understand, as a child, I had no alternative: talking about work, are truly happy only when I play. Receive this award, in such a beautiful land like Campania, makes me full of joy because the theme of the eighth edition of the Italian Movie Award is really interesting: The Search. Even in acting it takes much research and experimentation; the advice I want to give the kids at the Festival is to take a deep research work on themselves; strive to improve ourselves is a push that makes us feel alive. ”
The theme of the 8th edition of the film festival is “The Search”, President of the International Jury is the internationally renowned researcher, Dr. Prof. Antonio Giordano, director of the Sbarro Institute for Cancer Research and Molecular Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia.
After the red carpet and the interview on the main stage, it was shown the film “Perfect Strangers” by director already a guest and awarded the Italian Movie Award 2014, Paolo Genovese who sent a video message of greetings and gratitude to the Festival.
The evening ended with a Gala Dinner organized by the very talented Chef Gian Marco Carli, at the Restaurant “Il Principe” in Pompeii.
