The Italian Movie Award © and the Mall THE PAPER MILL organize the Second Edition of the MasterClass © IMA, a cinematic journey free of the most formative of Italy.
Divided into five meetings from 8 hours each is aimed at students and others, from fourteen to forty years of age. The Masterclass is the first in Italy totally free.
The space available for the year 2015 are 100.
The initiative boasts of Bronze medals of the Presidency of the Italian Republic, the Senate and the House of Representatives; enjoys the patronage of the moral Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, the adhesion of the Campania Region Film Commission and the collaboration with the School Of Cinema Di Napoli and the General Association of Performing Arts School.
The total duration of the entire IMA © MasterClass is about 40 hours divided between: meetings, lectures, use of technical equipment and projections.
The teachers of the MasterClass © IMA will be distinguished representatives of the Italian and international cinema chosen by the IMA ©, academics, teachers from the School of Cinema of Naples. Last year the distinguished faculty of MasterClass © IMA were: Luke Ward, Paul Genovese, Valerio Caprara, Gianluca Della Campa, Mario Riso, Nedo Novi, Fabiana Evening, Antonio De Rosa and the artistic director and president of IMA © director Carlo Fumo. Furthermore partecipanni met: Alessio Boni, Chiara Francini, Edoardo Leo, Cristiana Capotondi, Biagio Izzo, Salvatore Misticone and jury chairman Dr. Prof. Antonio Giordano.
Participants admitted to MasterClass © IMA will form the “Student-Jury” that will be tasked to view and vote for the short films in the sections of the Italian Movie Award © 2015 “Italian Competition” and “European Competition”.
The training course place from 4 to July 12, 2015 in the city of Pompei (Na), at the “Sala-MasterClass © IMA” of our main sponsor and co-organizer, “The Paper Mill Shopping Center.” The room will be equipped with modern equipment professional lighting, shooting, editing and cinematic trick.

At the end will receive a certificate of participation in the MasterClass © IMA, the best will be awarded during the Festival of the free courses at the School of Cinema of Naples and any other collateral awards. The MasterClass © IMA is valid for obtaining credit points university training.
